Meg is a lay-ordained dharma guide, meditation teacher, and spiritual companion offering embodied support for individuals and communities navigating change. Her work lives at the intersection of contemplative practice, relational presence, and life transitions, supporting people through moments when familiar structures fall away and new ways of being are not yet clear.
Background & Certifications
With over 15 years of experience teaching meditation, yoga, and spiritual inquiry, Meg centers the body as a primary site of wisdom. She invites people to stay close to lived experience, via sensations, emotions, breath, and rhythm, rather than relying solely on insight or analysis. Her work is especially supportive during times of illness, grief, caregiving, vocational change, spiritual questioning, and major life thresholds.
The Heart Revival Center
Meg is the founder of a long-standing meditation and yoga community, The Heart Revival Center for Belonging, and brings a grounded, non-dogmatic approach to dharma that is accessible, trauma-aware, and rooted in everyday life. As a threshold-tending companion, she helps people name what is completing, attend to the liminal space with care, and orient toward what is emerging.
Personal Approach
Meg’s sessions are shaped by Zen practice, embodied mindfulness, ritual, and deep listening. She offers a steady, compassionate presence where people can be met exactly as they are and supported in cultivating resilience, discernment, and integrity as they move forward.
